A National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a nationally qualified Bikini Competitor, health and fitness is my love, life, and passion. I believe every body is different. We all have different needs, strengths, and goals. I use an integrated approach to individualize workouts to address any muscular imbalances, movement dysfunctions, and incorporate corrective strategies so that you can reach your fitness goals.
My fitness journey started with me exercising in my basement, too shy to be around other people. But I had hit a plateau and needed a change. I finally joined a gym. Since I never used gym equipment, I hired a personal trainer to teach me. I learned so much! The stronger I became, the more I fell in love with a fit lifestyle. A year later, I stepped on stage at my first Bikini Competition. I knew that moment I wanted to help others learn about health and fitness too.
Whether you want to be athletic with speed and explosive movement; muscular with the power to lift very heavy; have the endurance to race for long distances; or if your goal is just to feel good living life in your body every day, I can help you get there.
