Do I have to be a member to use the Spa?

Our Spa is open to the public. You are welcome to bring your family and friends in.

If I am a club member, do I receive a discount on services?

You MUST be an active club member. Active club members will receive a 10% discount on all spa services, but this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or specials.

Do you have gift certificates?

Absolutely! The best compliment you can give us is to refer your friends and family. We offer gift certificates in any denomination and for any service. However, WE ARE NO LONGER HONORING SPA WISH/SPA FINDER GIFT CARDS!

Can I bring my kids with me?

Your children are always welcome in the spa!

Do I need to have an appointment?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but we do recommend scheduling an appointment in advance (especially for multiple services) so that we may better accommodate your needs.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

For first time esthetic or massage appointments, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. We do our best to stay on time for all of our appointments.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

While we understand unavoidable events do occur, we ask that you please be considerate of your service provider since time is reserved for your appointment. Please contact us 24-hours in advance to cancel your service. We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee for those who abuse this policy.
